GSR Approved as a Certified HERS Provider and Registry

Golden State Registry (GSR) is proud to announce that we have been officially certified by the California Energy Commission (CEC) as a HERS Provider and Residential Data Registry. This approval, issued at the May 8, 2025 CEC Business Meeting, authorizes GSR to operate with a scope limited to prescriptive compliance for single-family residential space conditioning system alterations under the 2022 Energy Code.

Building Department Access (AHJs)

If you are an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) responsible for permitting or building inspections, Golden State Registry is here to support you. AHJs are granted access to projects within their jurisdiction to streamline the permitting and final inspection process and to ensure full compliance with Title 24 energy code requirements.

Once the login for your AHJ is set up, a simple QR code at the top of each PSR will lead you directly to the full project documents within our system!
